WattSizing is a free calculator suite and editorial site for off-grid solar, battery, and backup sizing. Write to us when something in the math looks wrong, an article needs a correction, or a tool behaves unexpectedly—we read every message and use feedback to tighten assumptions and guides.
We cannot design a custom install or approve a specific bill of materials for your property. For those decisions, pair our calculators with a licensed electrician or solar installer in your area. What we can do is clarify how a calculator works, fix documentation gaps, and point you to the right guide.

Before you write
- Check the FAQ and the article’s methodology callout—many sizing questions are already answered there.
- For system sizing, run the relevant calculator first and include your load list or result summary in the email.
- If you found an error, quote the sentence or number and the page URL so we can verify and update quickly.
We aim to reply within 1–2 business days. Complex technical threads may take longer. We do not provide custom engineering drawings, permit packages, or individual installation advice.
